The Water Buffalo Ribeye is a favorite around here. They are an honest steak, full of flavor and has a little more of a bite than beef. These ribeyes are cut 1.5” thick and are individually packaged. We like ours medium rare and we recommend not serving past medium. Remember all grassfed meats cook faster than their grainfed counterparts. Check out our cooking tips.
