Mountain Creek Farm
Mountain Creek Farm is a diversified family farm offering grass-fed beef, pastured pork, hay, and produce. Rick Huszagh and Crista Carrell purchased part of her family’s farm in 1996 and started raising Boer goats. Cattle and pigs were added a few years ago, and hay production has increased on additional land. Plants and grazing land are managed organically and livestock is raised without antibiotics or hormones. The farm management is guided by a conservation plan to build soil health, improve air and water quality, and increase pollinator habitat.
