This is the large version of our original bread lineup! This recipe has been in Chef Shelie's family for at least 4 generations. It's simply some of the best bread you will eat. It is great for sandwiches and phenomenal when toasted. It makes the absolute best-grilled sandwich ever. Use it as stuffing at Thanksgiving, or a dessert bread pudding! The applications are only limited by your imagination. No preservatives...ever. Simply the real deal. There are no preservatives in this bread. We recommend refrigeration to prolong the bread's life. With refrigeration, we have used a loaf for 2 - 3 weeks. If the consumer chooses to freeze the bread for later use, we recommend wrapping it in parchment and then sealing it in a freezer ziplock bag.

This is a small variation of our original white bread family recipe. We took our classic soft yeast bread recipe and added fresh diced jalapenos and fresh grated Cheddar Cheese. The fresh jalapenos have been de-seeded as to take away the "heat" aspect of the pepper and leave the flavor. We incorporate this bread during the summer months as the primary vessel to sell our Smoked & BBQ Pork or Chicken Grilled Cheese sandwich! Absolute flavor bomb! There are no preservatives in this bread. We recommend refrigeration to prolong the breads life. With refrigeration, we have used a loaf for 2 - 3 weeks. If the consumer chooses to freeze the bread for later use, we recommend wrapping in parchment and then sealing in a freezer ziplock bag.

This is a small variation of our original white bread family recipe. We took our classic soft yeast bread recipe and added a generous amount of crushed Rosemary. This bread can be used in several ways. We incorporate this bread as toasted bruschetta and as an amazing garlic or garlic cheesy bread. Our Rosemary bread is a fan favorite at the Farmers Markets and Festivals that we've supported. There are no preservatives in this bread. We recommend refrigeration to prolong the bread's life. Our Half and Half Bread is great for someone who does not like whole wheat bread or is trying to transition over to whole grains. This bread is made from freshly milled organic wheat berries and AP flour to create a milder taste. Baked using a 2 pound recipe for a large loaf. Just like our Honey Wheat Bread except half of the flour used is AP.

Our Banana Bread recipe is a modified version of a classic Banana Bread recipe. We have added fresh milled organic wheat in addition to AP flour and replaced oil with applesauce, and replaced the refined sugars with honey. Organic bananas, butter, eggs, a few pantry spices, and walnuts complete the recipe. You will receive an 9"x5" loaf. This bread also freezes and packs well for that on the go breakfast or snack.
