Blueberry Jam

One thing we love more than homemade biscuits, is homemade biscuits with fresh jam. This simple recipe is quick and easy and we love to make it here on Deer Creek Farm. This recipe makes about a pint of jam.

Ingredients
1 pint blueberries
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir regularly.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer until jam starts to thicken (about 30 minutes).
  3. Let cool and refrigerate.
