If you just want one, click on the icon to add it to your cart. If you want more, you can either change the quantity and then click, or click the number of times you want.
Once you've finished shopping, click the checkout link in your shopping cart (located at the upper left side of this page, below this help area).

If you would like to make naturally leavened sourdough bread, but do not want to take the time to cultivate a starter from scratch, we've got you covered. In just a few feedings, you will be ready to lay the perfect foundation for your own homemade sourdough bread. You will receive roughly 1.5 oz (~40g) of fresh starter made entirely from wheat flour, h20, and TIME. You will also receive simple instructions on how to feed and grow your starter, as well as what to do if you don't plan to bake very often. Your starter really doesn't ask for a lot, but is dependent upon you for survival!
