Acetic acid in apple cider vinegar restores scalp's natural acid mantle, flattening the cuticle, resulting in softer, shinier hair that is less prone to tangling. To use: Shampoo and rinse hair with warm (not hot) water. Spray Hair Rinse liberally onto scalp and hair, being careful to avoid eyes. Use fingers to spread evenly throughout.
